1. Choose something to donate, it should be chair-related for the "Chair-ity" Auction (get it?). Things like a chair, chairside table, fine art of a chair, or something to be placed near a chair like a a chair-side lamp, chair-side accessory such as throw, vase, planter, etc. Also "chairs" (ok, really tickets for seats) at a sporting event, concert, ballet, etc.). You get the idea.
   
   
2. Send an email with all the information we need, to auction@designawareness.org :

   • A digital photo of the item (Include yourself in the photo if you would like!). If you don't have a digital camera, don't worry, we can take a picture for you.
     
     
3. We'll pick it up! A member of the auction committee will contact you for pick-up of your item!
   (Pretty easy huh?)

Items donated will be listed on our website and in the event program alongside the name of donor (unless you request otherwise).

Funds raised by the event and auction are used by The Salt Lake Design Awareness Foundation, a 501(c)(3)non-profit organization to promote design excellence in the Intermountain Region. In ten years Design Awareness has awarded over $200,000 in scholarships, prizes, internships, and cultural trips to those in the design industry, both professional designers and students of design.
