In 2006, seven awards will be presented:
- The Theresa Bradley Spirit Student Award-Student by HAWORTH CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTIONS and CCG/Howells:
a $2,000 cash award to a student at BYU-Idaho, Weber State and Utah State Universities.
- The Bert Vieta Vision Award for Students of Interior Design: a cash
award for design excellence and leadership.
- The Grand Poo Bah Award, given by Bruce Finlinson
- The Student in Architecture Award is given to recognize and give support to an outstanding student in architecture. The award will be given for use as tuition for Graduate School.
- The Shaw Environmental Awareness Award recognizes a designer for promoting sustainable and environmental design in our community.
- The Utah Style & Design Residential Interior Design Award : This award is presented to recognize and reward the outstanding work by a talented interior designer on a single residential project.
- The IIDA Salt Lake City Center Service Recognition Award is given to an industry person or manufacturer's sales representative who has given exceptional service to designers.
